Refund policy
By placing an order with Chase x Charity Boutique, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed below. These guidelines are designed to protect both our creative process and your satisfaction.
🚫 NO REFUNDS | NO RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. Make sure to review and approve your Mock Up before purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, you may contact us at shop@chasexcharity.com.
Issues will be evaluated case-by-case, but refunds are not guaranteed and exchanges may be an option. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and approval a return/exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Approved Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
